Bradford (Brad) Bernstein represents the second generation to run the Law Offices of Spar & Bernstein. Having joined the firm in 1993 and become partner in 1997, he assumed leadership when his grandfather Harry Spar retired in 2000.

Like his grandfather, Brad continues to focus on immigration law. However, Brad has extended the firm’s services to include personal injury, matrimonial law, employment discrimination and criminal defense. Brad has managed Spar & Bernstein’s growth judiciously to ensure that he remains personally involved in all practice areas of the firm, which has more than 40 knowledgeable, accomplished attorneys and staff professionals. Clients comment favorably on Brad’s accessibility and passionate commitment to their personal as well as legal needs.

As a native New Yorker, Brad’s dedication to the city’s people is epitomized with Immigration Link radio show, which can be heard on WVIP (93.5 FM), Monday thru Friday from 12:00 to 12:30 pm, when he takes call-in questions for legal help from listeners. He’s a frequent guest on other radio and TV talk shows, has taught Immigration Law at credited law universities and is widely quoted as a legal expert in the print media. With a BA from the University of Michigan, Brad earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School form which he graduated as a Merit Scholar.
